This is a 1932 Ford Roadster running a S.CO.T. blown flathead Cadillac engine. It looks to be a pic from southern California in the late 1940s. S.C.o.T. Superchargers

S.C.o.T. is the initials for Supercharger Company of Turin, also known as Italmeccanica Superchargers, was an imported blower from Italy. The S.C.o.T. was one of the earliest “Roots”-style superchargers available in the 1950s.
