I have a question I hope someone can answer. What is the lowest drive ratio for a Latham blower? I presently have a 5 3/4" drive pully and a 3" blower pully on a built Ford flathead with 2 Stromberg carbs. It runs, but the blower seems to be holding the motor back. What would be a good street drive ratio ?...Dick-Cape Cod

Dear Sirs,I am owner of a MG TC 1948 with Shorrock Super-
charger C75 B longnose.I have always the problem of heating.I read in J.Pecks A.B.C.Shorrock Supercharging
that replacing the thermostat for a racing blacking kit
and fitting a thermostat 74c reduce the overheating.
Itried to contact british classic sports cars who has
published the article, but it seems they are closed.
do yo know whwere I can find the above spareparts?
I would be very grateful for your answer.
best regards

I have a 1957 Studabaker supercharged Goden Hawk. The body is in excelent shape as is all the crome and glass. No rust no dents with a fair interior. All is as it was off the lot. I would like to know it's fair value. Thank you. D. Raner

I don't own the piece to take dimensions of nor know of one of these brackets off hand, but if we can get a digital file I would love to host it here for others.

On a somewhat related note, I fabricated a similar bracket out of steel for mounting a Paxton on the 283 in my Model A. Made a template out of thick cardboard then tranferred it over to steel once I worked out the dimensions.

Good luck guys!

Hi:
I have one of these set-ups in my garage. It is suposed to be the last complete package Norms had on the shelf. They sent two blowers because one was a warenty blower (bad bearing?) and he could not tell what one was bad so he sent them both and a note explaining it ( wish I had the note) I plan on giving the car to my son I would love any info that would help in the restoration.
